We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and elevate our online presence.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, managing our social media platforms, and building a strong online community. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty through strategic content creation and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals and brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance, utilizing insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Develop and manage social media advertising budgets, including paid campaigns and sponsorships.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and content creators, to promote cohesive messaging and campaigns.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing social media performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
- Organize and run social media contests, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
- Foster relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance collaboration and co-marketing opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong command of brand voice.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social media trends, pop culture, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
