Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and elevate the online presence of our high-producing real estate team. This role requires a creative strategist who understands the power of digital marketing and is passionate about driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation through compelling content.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. They will ensure brand consistency, monitor industry trends, and optimize content performance while managing all digital assets and social media accounts.
Compensation:$30,000 - $35,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the team’s marketing and business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, reels, videos, and written posts across all platforms.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and maximize reach.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency in voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with agents and leadership to promote listings, client testimonials, market updates, and team achievements.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing monthly reports and insights to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and brand materials.
- Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns when needed.
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in real estate, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, including best practices and trends.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content for reels and TikTok.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills to craft compelling captions and posts.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to optimize content based on data insights.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
