The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies using tools such as HubSpot, Asana, and Sprout Social.

This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving engagement, and leveraging analytics to refine campaigns and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement long-term social media plans tailored to platform-specific goals.

  • Integrate HubSpot for campaign planning, lead tracking, and nurturing engagement.

  • Collaborate with teams through Asana to align social content with broader marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to create visually compelling, on-brand posts.

  • Use Sprout Social to schedule, monitor, and adjust content for optimal reach and engagement.

  • Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

  • Respond promptly to comments and messages, ensuring positive audience interactions.

  • Monitor social sentiment and report community feedback through HubSpot dashboards.

  • Launch and track paid social media campaigns using Sprout Social and HubSpot integration.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with overall event promotions and brand initiatives.

  • Generate detailed reports using Sprout Social and HubSpot, analyzing metrics like engagement, CTR, and ROI.

  • Present data-driven recommendations to optimize future strategies.

  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.

  • Propose creative strategies to capitalize on industry trends.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot for campaign planning and analytics.

  • Proficiency in Asana for task and project management.

  • Expertise with Sprout Social for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong creative and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on social media management experience.

  • Proven track record of building and growing social media audiences.
