Sr. UI/UX Designer Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the game industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
- Avid golfer or in-depth knowledge of the golf industry is strongly preferred.
- Preferred understanding of cultural differences between Asian and North American markets and the ability to design with these differences in mind.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
Sr. UI/UX Designer Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for golf simulator software.
- Translate user requirements and research into tangible design concepts to bring a product concept to life quickly via persona creation, journey mapping, storyboarding, and other user-centered design thinking methods
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with product goals and user needs.
- Plan and facilitate ideation workshops, conduct usability testing, and analyze user feedback to refine and optimize designs.
- Ensure design consistency across products and platforms by maintaining and enforcing design standards.
