This team collaborates closely with internal Enterprise products aimed at enhancing associates' experiences, enabling them to perform their roles efficiently. What You'll Do: You will take on a variety of responsibilities, including: Collaboration & Connection: Partnering with technology, product, and business teams to identify customer and business needs, translating these into engaging, intuitive design solutions. Advocating for customers through human-centered design techniques such as research, discovery, ideation, and user testing. Facilitating design workshops to engage and align various stakeholders. Offering proactive recommendations for design-centered product enhancements based on thorough research and analysis. Engaging with design community peers to share knowledge and foster learning. Discovery & Delivery: Contributing to early product definition by leading discovery sessions that reveal customer pain points and opportunities. Utilizing design tools to create concepts and collaborate effectively with other teams. Participating in end-to-end product design by: Working alongside researchers to understand customer needs through usability studies. Framing design problems and deriving insights to create visual designs. Creating user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes from low to high fidelity. Contributing to our internal design system and maintaining design standards. Effectively presenting visual concepts to stakeholders. Developing high-fidelity design assets for implementation in partnership with technology teams. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX and UI design. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing for cross-channel experiences. Adept at collaborating with Product and Tech teams. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Products, Sketch, and/or Figma. Experience contributing to established design systems. Location for this role: McLean, VA; Richmond, VA; New York, NY. Salary range for McLean, VA is $127,500 - $145,500; for Richmond, VA is $115,900 - $132,200; for New York, NY is $139,100 - $158,700.
