Job Title: Video Production Specialist

Assignment Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential to Hire)
Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site with travel to local shoots up to once per week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Video Production Specialist to join our creative team, responsible for producing, capturing, and editing video content for both internal and external audiences. This role will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to create high-quality video content across various genres, focusing on our key sectors in Healthcare, Business & Industry, and Higher Education, as well as corporate internal audiences.

Reporting to the Creative Video Producer, the Video Production Specialist will play a crucial role in developing motion graphics and videos that align with our brand guidelines, embracing digital transformation in food hospitality and retail.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute motion graphics and animations for video content.
• Capture studio-quality video on location and in-office as needed.
• Shoot and edit various types of video content, including product videos and case studies.
• Manage all technical setup for shoots, including lighting, angles, microphones, and positioning of on-camera individuals.
• Collaborate regularly with creative, marketing, and senior leadership teams.
• Ensure brand consistency by maintaining the brand message and tone in all video projects.
• Organize, catalog, and edit raw video files and content efficiently.
• Bonus: Experience with product, lifestyle, and portrait photography is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in video production and motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and motion graphic work (must provide a link to be considered).
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions such as Dropbox.
• Formal education in video production (degree, diploma, or certification) or equivalent professional experience.
