Create Impactful Documentation:
As a Technical Writer, you will be instrumental in producing user manuals and technical guides that empower customers and support product teams. Drive Product Communication:
Your writing will serve as a key resource for customers and internal teams, ensuring clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical content. Collaborate Across Teams:
You'll work closely with engineers, graphic designers, and other writers to deliver high-quality documentation that meets the needs of the business.
What You'll Do
Technical Documentation:
Write, revise, and complete user manuals, quick reference guides, and other product-related guides for servers, motherboards, and chassis. Graphics Creation:
Use graphic tools such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator to create and modify technical illustrations and product images for documentation. Collaboration:
Interact with engineers and other writers to gather technical data, schematics, and drawings required for documentation. Documentation Management:
Maintain revision history records for all manuals and user guides and ensure that they are up to date. Status Reporting:
Submit daily and weekly status reports and collaborate with other teams, including sales and engineers, to ensure documentation is accurate and comprehensive.

Essential Qualifications:
Education:
BA in English, Technical Writing, or Technical Communications. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in desktop publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Excel, and Microsoft Word. Experience with MadCap Flare is a plus. Experience:
At least two years of technical experience in computer hardware-related fields and a minimum of two years of experience in writing technical documents and creating technical graphic illustrations. Communication:
Ability to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and effectively follow oral and written instructions. Time Management:
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, including completing tasks on short notice.

Salary Range
$68,640 - $117,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
