What You’ll Do:- Work directly with customers to understand their service needs and schedule appointments.
- Identify RV service issues by listening to customer concerns and documenting symptoms.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage, explaining provisions and exclusions.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, supplies, and labor.
- Prepare repair orders (ROs) and coordinate with service technicians.
- Keep customers informed on their RV’s repair status, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

- Previous service advising experience (RV, automotive, or related industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to superior customer service and problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with Motility Systems2K is a plus).
- Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals, move RVs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
