Director of Marketing, Public Relations & Business Development

smartdept. is searching for an Acquisition Marketing Project Manager for a financial services client located in Riverwoods, IL. The ideal candidate will come with 3+ years of experience. This is a full-time, hybrid, 7-month contract opportunity with the possibility of an extension. Compensation for this position is expected to be $45-$65 / hour depending on experience level and fit.

What You’ll Do :

1. Project validations - Project management for Product Rewards and Promotions, not campaign execution.
2. Monitor Fallout Reports
3. Route copy approvals
4. Update procedures and job aids as needed
5. Maintain task trackers
6. Collaborate with teams to update checklists as needed
7. Validate that articles are published accurately
8. Review complaints to determine if escalation is necessary
9. Project Management of installing new letters and/or renewing new letters
10. Step in to fill in for teammates to maintain controls or keep tasks moving while they’re out of the office
11. Create and send out weekly email updates
12. Develop, maintain, and enhance process controls and reporting
13. Update Marketing Board as needed
14. Train Business Partners with compliance tasks as needed
15. Work on team presentation decks

What You’ll Need :

1. Education / Experience :
2. Bachelor's degree in a related field
3. 3+ years experience
4. Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel knowledge.
