You will drive all Home campaigns and marketing activations, including brand launches. You will partner with merchant, site ops and editorial teams to identify and drive business priorities. You will oversee campaigns and seasonal messaging across marketing channels including influencers, content, display & paid social, CRM, Home Page, and Brand Social. We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, and strategic marketer who has a proven track record in driving revenue growth and is able to jump in and make an immediate impact. You will report to the Group Director, Marketing Planning and Strategy.This is not a remote role. The hired associate is required to work from either our Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ office.What you'll do...Lead retail marketing team dedicated to Home and direct team priorities. Partner with Editorial, Site Operations, Media and Creative teams to develop stories that support the merchant priorities; and work with merchants and Marketplace team to synthesize and prioritize quarterly storiesLead brand launches and campaigns to support strategic national and private brandsPartner with leaders across the marketing team to ensure successful representation and integration of stories and priorities into cross category enterprise campaigns. Act as champion for Home across all teamsIdentify areas of opportunity to acquire new customers and drive perception change for Walmart Home. Act as a thought leader with the Home VP merchants to grow their businesses. Utilize your analytic skills to understand the LTV of customers by campaign, brand and media tacticsPartner with Site Ops to lead and impact the digital marketing performance forecastPartner with creative to drive a consistent and elevated look and feel for Walmart Home across all marketing channels and develop breakthrough creative assetsWhat you’ll bring: 8+ years in digital and strategic marketing. Ecommerce experience a must.Knowledge of marketing disciplines: acquisition, retention, brand, media, creative, content marketing and partnerships. Knowledge of and interest in ecommerce customer behavior, retail, and Home in particular.Excellent executive level communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with internal and external senior leadership (SVP and above)Deep performance marketing knowledge including analytics and familiarity of attribution modeling (i.e. LTA / MTA / MMM)Proven leadership and experience working and influencing cross functional teams.Very strong analytic skills. Ability to work with data to understand and analyze performance, optimize plans, make quick decisions and measure impact to the business.Sharp creative eye, experience testing messaging and creative.Risk-taker, comfortable in fast-paced environment; go-getter, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years'experience in marketing or related field.About YouYou are a seasoned marketer, savvy in both brand strategy and digital marketing.
