Specifically, this person will lead a team of senior marketers and is responsible for the Vista/VeraSeal, Surgiflo, Ethizia and Evarrest business, identifying commercial opportunities to advance the growth of the brands and ensuring regional alignment to the strategy and execution of the Biosurgery business plans.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for end-to-end brand strategy including platform segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, TPP & Claims, regional launch execution, new product launch preparation and launch excellence processes, VOC & insights to inform brand strategy and pipeline development, lifecycle management and business development strategies Engage with customers and KOL’s to identify key insights and customer needs that inform brand development, commercial strategy and pipeline development; this engagement can be in lab, OR, or ad board setting. Partner with Regional Marketing and Sales to ensure successful global launch and commercialization of New Product Launches and achievement of business plan for base business. Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to accurately forecast growth and secure appropriate capital investments to support growth enablement and long-term health of the brand. Collaborate to appropriately map cadence of NPI launches to ensure consistent supply. Cross collaboration with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Regional Marketing, Finance and Key Customers to drive evidence generation strategies, identify unmet needs, and provide direction for global growth opportunities and identify evidence generation strategies for expanded usage of current portfolio of products. Partner with senior leadership, Biosurgery platform leads, specialty leads, R&D portfolio and strategy teams, regional partners, Global Business Insights, Finance, New Business Development, and other functional partners to develop an insights-based and aggressive growth-oriented Strategic Plan for the strategic brands, identify unmet needs and opportunities beyond the existing portfolio. Partner with Ottava team and WCH colleagues to shape Robotics strategy for Advanced Surgical Healing platform to allow for seamless integration into Robotics Strategy and support continued growth within Robotics procedures. Responsible for leadership and development of talent; this role will have 3 direct reports and 1-2 indirect, line reports. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to reach financial targets within specified budgets and timeframes. Ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies and procedures. QualificationsA minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required (advanced degree is preferred).A minimum of 10 years business experience is required.A minimum of 5 years healthcare marketing/sales experience is required.A minimum of 3 years direct people management, supervisory, and/or project management experience is required.Medical Device marketing and/or sales experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated success leading various teams across different functions is preferred.Previous regional in-line marketing experience, new product launches and Global Strategic marketing is preferred.Experience working with outside contractors (ad agencies, etc.) is preferred.Experience with Strategic External Partnership Management is requiredExperience in product development including needs assessment, portfolio management, new opportunity assessment, and product lifecycle management is preferred. Proven track record to work in a global organization is preferred. Excellent cross-functional and management influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships are required. Experience with supply chain, global brand management and new product launch is preferred. Demonstrated experience developing and using customer insights are preferred. Demonstrated competency building and driving marketing strategy is preferred.
