You will be the orchestrator and strategist behind our marketing engine—defining critical processes, implementing industry-leading technologies, and ensuring measurable impact on Cresta’s bottom line. Your work will span inbound pipeline generation, marketing automation, data analytics, and team leadership, all to create seamless customer journeys and drive revenue. If you love solving complex problems in a fast-paced, innovative environment and enjoy building frameworks that last, we’d love to hear from you!Location: SF preference, but open to fully remote, US.Responsibilities:Global Marketing Operations LeadershipOversee global marketing operations, orchestrating everything from lead acquisition to revenue generationChampion best-in-class processes—including lead scoring, attribution, database management, segmentation, and digital marketing workflows—to ensure no lead is left behindStrategic Alignment & Stakeholder EngagementDrive engagement and alignment with senior leadership across business unitsPartner with Finance and cross-functional operations teams to lead annual/quarterly planning processes, ensuring marketing goals and budgets map to Cresta’s strategic objectivesPipeline Generation & Campaign ExecutionLead pipeline strategy to drive demand and growth for Cresta’s strategic and enterprise segmentsEnsure full closed-loop reporting from lead to revenue, optimizing funnel performance and revealing actionable insights on campaign ROIMarketing Technology & Data GovernanceConfigure, integrate, and optimize the marketing tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau)  to track, analyze, and scale global marketing programsOwn and maintain the marketing database, enforcing data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)Operational Excellence & Process OptimizationIdentify workflow inefficiencies and implement streamlined, automated solutions for effective lead management, forecasting, and reportingDevelop and manage the marketing forecast model, providing accurate projections for pipeline and revenue contributionLead the Marketing OKR process and take ownership of crafting board presentation slides with the CMOMeasurement & InsightsDesign and refine dashboards, analytics frameworks, and KPI reviews that enable data-driven decisionsDeliver accurate, actionable insights on campaign performance, channel ROI, and marketing’s overall impact on revenueCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Finance, Product, IT, and the broader Revenue Operations team to align marketing ops with wider business initiativesCollaborate on major go-to-market launches, budget planning, and technology integrations to drive a seamless buyer experienceTeam Management & CultureManage current team (1 team member today) with long-term ability to build out a global functionCultivate a high-performance, data-informed culture, ensuring alignment with Cresta’s values and long-term objectivesQualifications We Value:7+ years in strategic operational roles (marketing operations, product marketing, revenue ops, or analytics), ideally within a global and cross-functional environment5+ years specifically in marketing operations, with demonstrated success in lead lifecycle management, data integrity, technology integrations, and funnel optimization5+ years managing Hubspot (or a similar marketing automation platform) and Salesforce CRM; advanced proficiency in configuring, integrating, and optimizing these toolsExpertise in demand generation, funnel metrics, marketing attribution, and closed-loop reportingStrategic problem solver with exceptional project management and influencing skills; proven ability to lead complex initiatives and communicate effectively at all org levelsDeep understanding of database structures, data hygiene, and analytics best practicesCompensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits.
