We manage our operations through risk-based prioritization and governance and consistent and constructive regulator engagement.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Define and implement AI policies, identifying risk areas, designing policy approaches, and overseeing adoption across product areas.Lead the team in analyzing product features, defining structured testing methodologies aligned with Google's safety, neutrality, and fairness standards, and delivering clear, actionable insights and recommendations.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify policy gaps, develop new policies, and create and execute detailed implementation plans, ensuring robust, compliance and risk management programs.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and empower a team of Risk, Compliance, & Integrity program and policy managers, providing clear direction, fostering talent, building a collaborative culture, and managing performance.Advocate AI compliance initiatives within Google and the industry, sharing expertise and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and program implementation.
