Anonyome Labs, Inc.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for Anonyome's marketing and communications strategy and all related activities. The Head of Marketing will architect and execute on the delivery of a fully integrated marketing and communications strategy driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition for the company. As a member of the executive team, you will work closely with other members to ensure board initiatives are understood and carried out across all functions of the company. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in both selling and marketing into consumer and enterprise markets within the technology sector.
Primary Responsibilities and Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including branding, positioning, and go-to-market plans with both paid and organic marketing mix Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing Drive lead and demand generation strategies into campaign, continuously measuring results Working closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their sales objectives by providing them with appropriate leads, tools, and content Run integrated marketing campaigns with sales to drive outbound pipeline growth using various strategies such as account-based marketing, targeted events, and content syndication Work closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their sales objectives by providing them with appropriate leads, tools, materials and presentations Analyze the company's market trends, landscape, and customer needs to inform product positioning and content marketing strategy Work closely with product management and design teams to define marketing materials and programs across all new and existing offerings Set, monitor, and manage KPIs, targets, and budgets Board and investor reporting on go to market milestones and impact Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented and met in a timely manner. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing (Master's degree Preferred) 10+ years of direct marketing experience, with increasing responsibility and demonstrated leadership within B2C and B2B SaaS technology industry. Direct experience in Digital Marketing for a SaaS company that reflects a successful track record of product marketing with sustained competitive advantage Broad understanding of marketing channels for message delivery, including direct and digital marketing, advertising and marketing communications Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies Knowledgeable about the technology industry, particularly in SaaS, product lead growth (PLG), and cybersecurity and privacy. Strategic thinker with an understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Ability to communicate clearly and timely with internal and external customers Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellent listening, reasoning, presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
