Position Summary:

ABEC is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts and help drive product success. In this role, you will assist in market research and the creation of marketing materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and achieve their goals in the marketplace.

Requirements

Work within pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform the tasks required including:

o Assist in market research and analysis.

o Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures and digital content.

o Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.

o Track and report on product performance metrics.

o Help manage social media campaigns.

o Monitor competitor activities and provide insights.

o Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.

o Maintain marketing databases and track marketing expenses.

o Will play an active role in identifying and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunity.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

o 1-3 years of experience in marketing or product management.

o Strong communication and analytical skills.

o Familiarity with marketing tools and software.

o Creativity and attention to detail.

o Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

o Awareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) a plus.

o Prior Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
