Service Advisor / Writer

for our busy Service Department. Dealership experience is preferred, but if you have worked in workshops such as

Firestone, Valvoline, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, etc.

Responsibilities – Service Advisor / Writer:

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotions Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, service, and repairs Assist in ordering parts and tools as necessary Oversee administration of warranty claims Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work Keep customers informed of any changes that occur Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer Provide a completely satisfied customer experience Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work Distribute work efficiently between technicians

Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor / Writer:

Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred CDK experience a plus! Kia experience preferred Fantastic customer service and communication skills Friendly personality Time-management skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude Team-oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little to no supervision Strong computer skills Good multitasking and organizational skills Clean driving record and valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
