Data and AI Governance Communications Analyst

Description:
PURPOSE: We are looking for a Data and AI Governance Communications Analyst to help promote the data governance policies products and gain user adoption. You will be responsible for executing approaches to help evangelize data and AI governance best practices. The analyst will also be responsible for communicating with our design and programming staff about suspected software problems.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Design develop publish and maintain customerfacing SharePoint presence 2. Create and publish a newsletter or other marketing channels with creative and engaging content for our customers 3. Establish Data and AI Governance Teams Channel develop and implement procedures to manage posts and create customer communications regarding data and AI governance topics and data catalog rollout 4. Conduct user training for data catalog product and refine training materials 5. Host events and other forums to engage the audience and answer questions 6. Support monthly metrics development and reporting to measure user adoption effectiveness of communications level of customer engagement
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum
five years of experience with marketing communications and/or writing for technical projects 2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 3. Ability to think creatively while following a test and learn approach 4. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills 5. Exceptional editorial skills with keen attention to detail 6. Strong relationshipbuilding and interpersonal skills 7. Highly selfdirected with the ability to multitask
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
