Job Description

Marketing Strategist – 115K to 130K The Marketing Strategist will lead highlevel marketing initiatives working closely with clients to develop and implement resultsdriven strategies. This role involves overseeing campaign execution managing internal teams and providing expertlevel strategic guidance to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain direct client engagement and provide highlevel marketing recommendations Lead strategic meetings and client presentations Oversee creative branding and campaign execution Support brand identity message development and tactical planning Manage direct reports and mentor team members Participate in new business development including proposal writing Requirements:

Minimum of five years of marketing experience ten or more preferred Agency B2B event or association marketing experience is strongly preferred Proven ability to lead marketing teams and execute datadriven campaigns Strong communication leadership and strategic thinking skills

Marketing Director – 85K to 100K The Marketing Director will oversee multiple client accounts ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic planning with creative problemsolving and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans that align with client objectives Oversee campaign execution across creative digital and analytics teams Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across multiple channels Utilize data and insights to drive targeted marketing initiatives Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction Requirements:
