We are looking for a dedicated energetic and meticulous Marketing Operations Specialist to lead the implementation of our digital marketing initiatives. Reporting to the ecommerce director this position will oversee the execution of key components of our digital strategy including paid social media campaigns email and SMS outreach ecommerce platforms customer retention efforts creative content brand ambassadors and more. The perfect candidate will be an exceptionally organized team collaborator with exceptional attention to detail outstanding communication abilities innovationminded and the capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fastmoving environment. Candidates with highgrowth startup experience with a product B2C will be considered first. Location: Columbus Ohio Compensation: Up to $75k

Responsibilities: Execution Under Guidance:
Execute and implement marketing strategies adjustments content generation and other initiatives under the guidance and direction of the ecommerce director.
Paid Social Ads:
Execute and implement paid social advertising campaigns across platforms including audience targeting ad creation and performance optimization.
Monitor ad performance analyze key metrics (e.g. CPA ROAS) and adjust campaigns as needed.
Email and SMS Marketing:
Develop and deploy email and SMS marketing campaigns including segmentation A/B testing and performance tracking.
Maintain and optimize automated workflows and personalized communication strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Ecommerce Site and Amazon Storefront:
Oversee updates new product detail pages content and optimizations for the ecommerce website to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Manage the Amazon storefront including product listings SEO and promotional strategies.
Sales Calendar Management:
Manage and ensure execution against a sales calendar aligning marketing initiatives with key sales and promotional events.
Customer Retention and Engagement:
Implement strategies to drive customer retention loyalty and repeat purchases such as referral or loyalty programs.
Analyze customer feedback and performance data to improve engagement efforts.
Content and Creative:
Coordinate with external freelancers (image and video editors copywriters) to create highquality onbrand content for campaigns.
Ensure timely delivery and alignment of creative assets with marketing plans.
Ambassador Program Management:
Manage relationships with ambassadors and creators ensuring they have the tools and support to promote the brand effectively.
Track and evaluate ambassador performance optimizing strategies to amplify their impact.
Data Extraction and Reporting:
Extract and analyze data generate reports and provide insights to facilitate strategic decisions and marketing planning.
Interface with External Contributors:
Work closely with external contributors such as ad agencies industry experts and freelancers to ensure strategies are implemented correctly and KPIs are being met.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the ecommerce director and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Track and report on KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
