JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking to add a Sr level UI Designer to help lead a large healthcare client's team. On a day to day this person will be responsible for designing and implementing conversational interfaces for their voice, SMS, and messaging platforms. Expertise in AI and self-serve solutions will be essential in creating dynamic, personalized, and intuitive conversational interactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, and product managers, to create seamless user experiences that align with our company's vision. With that, you will be contributing to the design efforts for improving the IVR & chat dialog to be more intuitive and user friendly. You will be creating conversational flows, dialogues, and suer journeys as well as conducting user research in order to improve user satisfaction. This person will be collaborating stakeholders to implement UX interactions, effective workflows, and attractive UI designs. Our client is looking for someone who is a team player & great communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
6-7 years of experience as a UI Designer
Experience with Voice User Interface (VUI) design, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) design, UI design, chatbot design, and Speech UI design
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
Experience being hands on with speech tuning, prompt scripting, and NLP tuning
Experience with MS Office and Visio
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with Conversational UI design
Hands on experience with Kore Healthcare or Insurance background
Bachelor's Degree
