Supervisor, Sales Programs and Communication
- Develops, directs, and coordinates communication functions - this includes complete oversight of vehicle price lists; dealer communications, K-Dealer eBinder and EDD; sales department Product Sales Guides (PSGs); and select sales promotions with District Managers.
- Supervises sales program administrative staff and processes to ensure proper and timely implementation of incentive programs, payments of incentives, exception requests, etc.
- Supports proper customer service policies and provides access to various customer service training, as needed.
- Responsible for overseeing and reviewing the publication of dealer communication for content, accuracy, and grammar, for most departments.
- Establishes incentive bonus plan by region and district, based upon company’s business plan.
- Responsible for payment of sales force incentive bonus, production of the quarterly payout of retail bonus, and the administration of the Ichiban Program.
- Coordinates Green Glove awards and President’s Council with Sales staff.
- Reviews, tracks, and projects National Sales department budget.
Education & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college is required; and minimum 5-7 years related experience and/or training in a Sales environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
