Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing various strategies and campaigns, handling administrative tasks, and contributing creative ideas to help achieve the company's goals. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support marketing initiatives.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain marketing databases, update contact lists, and manage documentation and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Gather data and generate reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
