Marketing Manager: Website & SEO
Location: Remote or Hybrid (CA, WA, ID)
About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager: Website & SEO to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and managing templated websites for our dental locations while optimizing SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility. The ideal candidate will also analyze marketing performance data, optimize marketing spend, and oversee third-party marketing vendors to ensure maximum ROI. Additionally, this role will collaborate with the data analytics team to develop and refine scalable analytics tools that monitor patient acquisition, retention, and marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Management
- Design, build, update, and maintain websites for individual dental practices.
- Ensure websites are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
SEO Optimization
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve local search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze performance metrics, and refine content to enhance rankings.
Marketing Data Analytics
- Define and measure key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Develop and enhance analytics tools to track patient acquisition, retention, and campaign performance.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement data pipelines that support marketing analytics.
- Utilize Power BI, SQL, and Python for reporting, automation, and deeper insights.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Improve website conversion rates by optimizing landing pages, call-to-actions, and lead-generation strategies.
- Oversee third-party marketing vendors, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing ROI.
Local Listings & Reputation Management
- Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles and other local directory listings across practice locations.
- Partner with internal teams—including marketing, analytics, and leadership—to ensure digital marketing efforts support broader business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, Replit, or similar CMS platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience analyzing marketing data and making data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Power BI for data analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution, segmentation, and campaign ROI measurement.
- Experience managing digital marketing vendors and budgets.
- High-energy, results-driven professional with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Background in multi-location healthcare or dental marketing is preferred but not required.
