JOB SUMMARY:

A Studio Lead manages a team providing exceptional client services, overseeing staff, efficiency, quality, client satisfaction, profitability, risk mitigation, growth, project management, and business development. They function as local leaders, overseeing production, staffing, and client relations, and reporting to the VP of Regional Operations. The Studio lead is accountable for managing multiple clients, and meeting or exceeding targets.

OBJECTIVES:

1. As an architecture Studio lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate the operations of an architecture studio.
2. The role involves managing various aspects of the studio's daily operations, supporting the architectural team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of projects.
3. Represent the Company in all external and internal interface opportunities by demonstrating and exemplifying the company Values, Morals and Ethics to include staff, clients, consultants, agencies, and contractor interface.
4. Organized and efficiently driven.
5. Maintain project profitability by meeting or exceeding established budgets.
