Write technical materials, such as equipment materials, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions. A typical technical writer is responsible for organizing, editing, and maintaining technical records and files.
The purpose of this team is under the Health division and using AI to predict, prevent, and detect outages; This role will contribute to making standardized and stream-lined and putting in more cohesive documentation.
The role will consist of:
- Publishing and documenting new features
- Lots of systems that are being supported internally will need to be documented.
- Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions
- Confer with clients to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication
Qualifications:
- Experience in creating documentation for a technical audience
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to read some programming code
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

1. 1-2 years of experience in Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to communicate with Stakeholders

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34 to $37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
