Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design
• Proficiency in visual design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions
• Familiarity with design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently

Desired Skills (not required):

• Understanding of UX writing and content hierarchy
• Healthcare / Insurance industry experience
