About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing & Culinary team as a Sr. Manager of Media Services based in Miami, FL. The Sr. Manager of Media Services will support the development and execution of media strategies across various platforms and have a strong understanding of media measurement and optimization. In this role, you will work closely with the media team and cross-functional departments to help manage media campaigns, track performance, optimize and adjust in order to maximize performance and ensure the successful delivery of brand objectives. You will be responsible for leading the media planning, buying processes, and maintaining relationships with external media partners to ensure optimal execution.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of 1st party media delivery and metrics as well as digital & traditional media channels, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with leadership and internal stakeholder to execute media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and drive results, all while offering ongoing support to the media team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the development, activation and stewardship of the US Video & Traditional media plan within 1PD Channels and Audiences.
Collaborate with other marketing peers to align development process and ensure optimal media delivery across owned video & traditional media channels, including 1PD, DDL, Audio, etc.
Continued scaling and optimization of Audio & OOH channels.
Support continued media performance tracking & optimization through marketing mix modeling, measurement tools and media audits.
Manage FSI distribution and optimization for all calendar events.
Misc admin (including oversight of media financial management, talent management, etc).
Qualifications
(some examples listed below):
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related.
5-10 years of relevant work experience in the media communications industry.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under tight timelines.
Must be a strategic thinker, action oriented and driven.
Excellent written and oral communications with strong presentation skills.
Must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the Subway organization.
