We offer professional phone answering, mail management, customer intake and more, making sure all our members’ office needs are met. Our dedicated and personalized services seamlessly integrate with our members’ teams, streamlining their business operations and enhancing their image.

About the Role:

The Community Manager is the face of Intelligent Office in Boise. This person will lead the operation and growth of the business by leading and managing a first-rate team of professionals to create a frictionless and rewarding working environment for IO members.

The Community Manager will:

  • Manage office operations, ensuring a frictionless experience for members.
  • Drive Sales & Growth of our services. Plan and coordinate events each year and create monthly online content that will drive the success of our members. Then listen to member feedback and continuously improve the offering.
  • Develop, Lead, and Coach a team of talented business assistants to wow our clients. A successful manager will optimize staffing to produce sustained income growth.
  • Engage in the Local Community, and networking groups, so our friends and neighbors know who we are and how we can help them with their office needs.
  • Perform the following financial oversight tasks through QuickBooks: paying bills, payroll, invoicing, managing the AP and AR accounts, and monitoring and driving cash flow.
  • Be the first line of support for tech issues.
  • Conduct Tours.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain the CRM.
  • Negotiate new client agreements and renewals.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Respond to client and facility emergencies on evenings and weekends.

  • Driven and able to make decisions on their own that impact the bottom line
  • A thoughtful negotiator who puts the relationship first. Has strong conflict resolution skills
  • Familiar with how the Coworking and Hospitality Industry can serve small businesses and entrepreneurs.
  • Eager to grow the business and be rewarded for their success.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $70,000

Location:

Downtown Boise, ID
