We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains good resident relations and the ability to respond to resident concerns
  • Implement effective resident retention programs, such as move-in and service follow up
  • Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent
  • Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices
  • Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers
  • Prepare paperwork for move-ins in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Familiarity TAA contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with residents
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
