Marvel Studios Animation is hiring. The Executive Assistant is an administrative support role covering scheduling, expenses and other admin duties on an animated series production for the supervising producer and production leadership. Responsibilities: Manage calendars for supervising producer including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally Help manage production calendar including liaising with executives, talent and other assistants internally and externally Representing the show in a professional manner Supporting departmental projects as needed Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics, including payment, processing and confirmation of all transfers Preparing and submitting expense reports Liaising with IT in support of supervising producer Managing mail into and out of the office Assisting with other production duties as needed Basic Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively to solve problems Highly detailed oriented with superior organizational skills Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Keynote Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly Detail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressure Ability to work with confidential information Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Experience at a Studio, Production Company, Literary or Talent Agency preferred The pay rate for this remote role is $22.31 to $31.25 per hour. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
