June 2025 to January 2026. What You Will Do Develop and design product mock-ups, gather images, and layout creative presentations, and trend point-of-view boards. Collaborate with the design manager to design and approve products. Create templates for designing point-of-view boards for creative rollouts. Pull cross-category product trends for Accessories such as Jewelry, Footwear, Headwear, Hosiery, Bags, Backpacks, and Tech Assist in pulling art direction and assets for collaborations. Monitor competitors, product innovation, and market dynamics. Research Initial seasonal trends by category Multi-task and prioritize multiple design projects within the deadline. For Jewelry category only: occasional Online Product Approval support Please Apply If You Are/Have Entry-level related experience Knowledge of softline categories (e.g., raw materials, plastic, textiles, print, pattern, graphic composition, manufacturing) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong product design skills (e.g., 3D product design, technical design, sketching, creative application and manipulation of art, final mechanical art, fabric, and trim identification) Strong computer software skills (e.g., MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator) Education: Junior or Senior year preferred Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, or a related field. Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization. Additional Information This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, California area from

June 2025 until January 2026. Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship. Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week. Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program. Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work. Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines. The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
