Negotiate contracts and instructor compensation in collaboration with the Legal team. Partner with the Production and Content teams on the execution of the strategic content plan, including hitting signing and publishing targets, as well as securing a steady flow of content to key audiences. Evangelize and champion creative content both internally and externally as appropriate.
