We are seeking a Content Creator (CC) to develop videos, graphics, and written content for social media, websites, advertising, events, webinars, and literature for the Company. In addition, the CC will help with the greater marketing efforts as needed, including but not limited to the creation of automation sequences, webpages, enhanced lead generation touchpoints, and event support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with the marketing efforts including the content creation for videos, social media, literature, advertising, webinars and other supporting collateral.
  • Implements digital marketing automation to generate marketing and sales leads.
  • Conducts ongoing maintenance of the content/information on the TFT website.
  • Implements best practices for the TFT website, including SEO, navigation, and social media programming/scheduling.
  • Helps to support the overall brand strategy, in conjunction with leadership, and implements the plan through various communications and engagement touchpoints.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

  • To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed in this document represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Experience with video editing/production and familiarity with Adobe programs like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to operate various media-related equipment, including computer/applicable software, cameras, light and sound equipment, and printers.
  • Ability to create and post social media content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube in a cohesive and complementary approach to maximize channel performance.
  • An aptitude for conducting interviews and engaging people on the fly with a knack and passion for best-in-class storytelling within a commercial environment.
  • Experience working with social media influencers and industry SMEs.
  • Ability to identify and monitor ideal social media metrics for channel growth and analyze what actions/content are driving growth.
  • Ability to write and design email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate ideas and expectations simply and clearly.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, including marketing automation, content distribution, retargeting, social media engagement, and lead generation.
  • Ability to learn quickly regarding new technologies, industry trends, and content marketing.
  • Collaborative internal and external relationship builder.
  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and work rapidly for long periods under time constraints.
  • You must be capable of obtaining the appropriate passports and Visas for international travel.
  • You must hold a valid driver’s license and demonstrate a safe driving record.
  • Ability to occasionally work extended hours and travel as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Multi-lingual
  • Have Hubspot CRM experience
  • Have fire service/first responder industry experience
