LOCATION Los Angeles, CA (remote) THE ROLE As the Production Coordinator at poppi, you will oversee the production process, ensuring all products meet quality standards and adhere to timelines for both imported and domestically produced styles. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand integrity and support the successful execution of our brand objectives. WHAT YOU WILL DO Product Life-cycle: Track product development, pre-production, and production schedules by daily/weekly communication with domestic and international factories to ensure timely and approved product deliveries. Product Knowledge: Assist with sourcing fabric and trims and have general knowledge of garment construction, garment tech packs, POMs (points of measure), and sample development. Surface Design Application: Assist with overseeing screen-printing, embroidery, and other surface design application across product life-cycle stages. Vendor Management Support: Work and communicate with factory partners, managing delivery timelines, PO creation, and management. Product Management: Creative style number creation, info management, WIP process updates, product sample, fabric/swatches, labdip organization. Logistics: Coordinate day-to-day vendor pick-ups, including sample development and production requirements, including order shipping to warehouse/events. Collaboration: Actively participate in creative team and cross-functional team daily communications and meetings. Creative Problem Solving: Identify and assist in resolving issues that arise during development and production process, partnering with DCPD on best path forward approach. WHAT YOU BRING Experience working in a high-growth environment where decisions are made swiftly, and priorities shift often. Technical expertise in production development including experience with import and domestic production, creative skills, and an eye for color and composition. Self-motivated and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness; experience managing time and projects efficiently. Strong desire to learn, bringing a solutions-oriented mindset to challenges and new experiences. YOUR BACKGROUND 1+ years of experience in product development and production. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Asana. Valid state driver’s license for the posted state or territory, and reliable transportation in accordance with State requirements for motor vehicles. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel for business-related matters, team offsites, and company meetings. Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require a 50-pound lifting requirement. Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands. COMPENSATION Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. This is a full-time non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours in a work week. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $50,000 - $60,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
