As a Social Media Campaign Manager, you will work closely with both internal teams and clients to plan, execute, and analyze social media strategies across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Create comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals, including content planning, audience targeting, and engagement tactics. Ensure strategies align with overall marketing objectives and deliver maximum impact.
  • Campaign Management & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Manage paid and organic campaigns, ensuring that they are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce compelling visuals, videos, and copy that resonate with target audiences. Oversee the content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor social media channels for audience engagement, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Build and nurture relationships with online communities to foster brand loyalty.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure campaign performance using social media analytics tools. Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and demonstrate ROI to clients.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Adapt campaigns accordingly to take advantage of new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure that social media campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and communication strategies. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to create integrated campaigns.
  • Client Communication & Updates: Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the campaign process. Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations based on social media performance and evolving trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing social media campaigns, with a strong understanding of paid and organic social strategies. Prior experience in a social media management role is preferred.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms, including writing copy, creating visuals, and producing short-form video content.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and an understanding of paid campaign optimization. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights. You should be comfortable working with performance metrics and using them to improve future campaigns.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: A creative mindset combined with a strategic approach to campaign development and problem-solving. You should be able to think outside the box while also keeping client objectives in focus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and tailor messages to various audiences across platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to campaign execution, ensuring that all aspects—from visuals to messaging—are consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Proactive & Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
