Role : Product Manager - Growth UX Location : Dallas TX or REMOTE Other Synonym Titles : Product Manager Job Description: As a Product Manager at Blue Yonder, you will play a vital role in supporting the product management team in driving the strategic direction and growth of our enterprise software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the strategy for the layout of pages and blocks, working with other PMs in the experience program and with PMs in application teams Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights and identify key market trends and opportunities. Support in defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to help drive the product roadmap and strategy forward. Assist in managing the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality releases. Contribute to go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Help monitor product performance and key metrics, and assist in implementing data-driven optimizations to improve user engagement and satisfaction. Learn and develop a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, enterprise software technologies, and best practices in product management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field. Experience in enterprise software or supply chain planning industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. Passion for technology, innovation, and driving customer success. ------------------------------------------- The salary range for this position is: USD $95,000.00 - $123,765.49 The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
