Job Description
At NFI Empire we work on a wide variety of vehicles, with a main focus on classics of all years, makes, and models. As a service writer you will be communicating with customers about the current condition of their vehicle and the suggested needed repairs for the vehicle. Building out a comprehensive estimate for the repairs needed, as well for work desired by the customer to increase the value or to just make it what they want. At NFI Empire there is no telling what job will be next!
As a NFI Empire service writer you will need to be a good communicator and value the relationships you build with customers. Problem solving and teamwork are an essential part of the job. We value a positive attitude and a determination to get the job done, and done right.
