Overall responsibilities include day-to-day activities related to the commercialization of new & existing Godiva products following internal processes and procedures to activate SKUs in all internal systems. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behaviorSupporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and planLearn and facilitate SKU management process (FTPs, Master Documents, PAT, training on new PAT system, setting up SKUs, and managing SKUs through commercialization process).Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or usePlanning and managing marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events and meetingsMaintaining an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as neededDeveloping various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts and print materialsMonitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaignsManaging and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companiesSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Essential CriteriaStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations during media events, product launches, product demonstrations and tradeshowsProject management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projectsFamiliarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media, print campaigns, digital marketing and email promotionsStrong analytical skills to evaluate marketing metrics effectivelyHigh degree of accuracy, to ensure information is recorded appropriatelyExperience with computer software programs used for keyword research, A/B testing, database management and content creationMarket research experience and an understanding of how to identify target audiencesQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, or a closely related field.1-2 years of professional work experience in marketing, data entry, communications, and/or brand management.Demonstrated understanding of marketing and branding principles.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:Problem-solving abilities under pressure and in a variety of situationsTechnical expertise using marketing tools, social media, phones, and devicesCustomer service and relationship managementFamiliarity with creating, executing, and managing digital marketing campaignsCollaboration and project management skillsEffective communication and strong interpersonal skillsCreativity and analytical thinkingExcellent analytic and creative skills.ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:Base starting salary at $58,000/yr.
