Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This person will play a critical role in identifying and onboarding up-and-coming creators while building relationships to expand Unruly’s creator ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for spotting emerging and established creators across social media platforms, possesses strong sales skills, and has experience coordinating events to foster relationships with talent and generate inbound opportunities.
Responsibilities:Talent Identification & OutreachProactively research and identify up-and-coming and established creators across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Analyze talent profiles to evaluate their growth potential, audience engagement, and alignment with Unruly’s brand.
Initiate outreach to prospective talent with compelling pitches tailored to their unique brands.
Conduct pitch calls and meetings to present Unruly’s services and build interest in partnerships.
Develop customized talent acquisition strategies and negotiate deal terms.
Manage follow-ups to close agreements and onboard new talent successfully.
Plan and manage talent-focused events, such as networking lunches, exclusive experiences, and brand activations.
Foster strong relationships with current and prospective talent through memorable and meaningful interactions.
Leverage events to increase inbound opportunities and referrals.
Work closely with internal teams to develop strategies for identifying high-potential talent.
Work with appropriate departments to ensure seamless onboarding.
Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, talent pipelines, and conversion rates.
Provide insights and feedback on industry trends to improve talent acquisition efforts.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or a sales-focused role.
Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to identify emerging talent.
Event Management: Experience planning and executing events, with strong organizational skills.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
