What you´ll do: Oversee all aspects of the Amazon brand store: PDP’s, Social Media assets, A+ content creation and optimization, and advertising assets for Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display campaigns. Drive online sales and brand visibility across key e-commerce platforms, primarily for Amazon and Ulta. Manage and optimize product listings, marketing campaigns, and content creation for both direct-to-consumer channels and professional partner e-commerce sites. Leverage data-driven insights to inform content creation and campaign optimization. Develop and execute all marketing e-commerce strategic plans to meet current and future needs and expectations for the brand, including monitoring and reporting all efforts within the scope of work. Oversee all content needs for the brand and collaborate cross-functionally for e-commerce needs. Prepare monthly/quarterly content performance analysis, competitive information, and ad ROI. Act as point of contact for e-commerce trends and best practices. What makes you a good fit: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar. 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce, preferably in Consumer Goods and Beauty industry. Proven experience with Amazon storefront and ad platforms as well as platforms like Criteo and Syndigo. Understanding of content platforms like OneDam. Proficiency in content creation optimization and performance to drive business goals, along with expertise in paid advertising strategies on Amazon and other relevant channels. Knowledge of e-commerce production briefs. Strong collaboration, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
