Historical agency function is less important than the skills they gained there. It's fun for them to motivate a team and communication with executives is energizing and not intimidating. They have mastered their desk, and the beautiful basics are on lock - you can't get much past this person. They're all in and ready to grow skills while building the agency's business. Responsibilities Corral leaders and contributors at all levels towards a common goal: winning a pitch. Bring sponge-like curiosity to the table; have a point of view but ask questions that elevate others. Wrestle content to the ground and get work done. Keep us on track by managing the details of a pitch process, helping hold everyone accountable. Navigate the grey by finding your own solutions and thoughtfully asking for perspective and help. Assist CGO in organizing the Growth Community. Be a "Growth Mascot," create magnetism in the agency. Qualifications No pitch or growth experience required. Expertise in process creation and execution. Demonstrated success in one of the many media agency roles, is a resource to mentor other peers. Analytical capabilities to read and process data quickly, telling a story with tables and charts. Self-directed but knows when to problem solve independently and when to raise a hand for help. Isn't fixated on their ideal career end goal, has a willingness to build a toolkit that can be deployed against any future business challenge. $73,910- $106,260 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
