US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S. The Digital Content Manager is responsible for ideating, planning, scheduling, editing, and posting content on our digital content hub. In addition, the Digital Content Manager will plan coordinated content marketing campaigns with the larger Owned Media team and strategize content distribution with the goal of generating digital leads and adding new clients to the bank. This role involves authoring website content in AEM, developing a robust content strategy, conducting content audits and gap analyses, setting up tagging and taxonomies, and understanding and using SEO best practices in content creation. You will draw on strong cross-functional collaboration and digital writing/editing skills to manage the day-to-day content on the hub in support of bank-wide campaigns and brand awareness. Your work will coordinate with our overall marketing goals and line-of-business goals, leveraging client insights, digital analytics, and marketing personas. Responsibilities
Create an editorial calendar and post "big rock” content that can be broken up and leveraged on the bank's Owned Media channels. Make content assignments, supervise a freelance team of content creators, edit and rewrite content to ensure that it is effective and adheres to our brand guidelines and voice/tone guidelines. Ensure all content is optimized for search, mobile, accessibility, and readability. Manage relationships with outside content/marketing agency partners. Deliver work in an organized manner that can be easily handed off to other teams. Strong attention to using appropriate tone and grammatical details. Collaborate with Paid and Earned channels to execute initiatives according to business priorities and corporate messaging. Test content and choose the most effective copy and strategies based on user personas and heuristics. Manage published content and archive out-of-date content. Edit and proofread content contributed by other writers and creators. Basic Qualifications
Minimum 4 years as a content strategist or digital content manager. Minimum 4 years' experience using Adobe Experience Manager CMS to author website content. Minimum 4 years' experience applying on-page SEO best practices. Bachelor's degree or relevant degree, certificate, or background (UX, journalism, digital content marketer/manager). Financial services writing experience is a plus. Smart digital portfolio with samples of content strategies you have successfully implemented. Experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics is a plus. Strong marketing/advertising background. Direct-to-consumer digital knowledge is a plus.
