The Crown Is Yours As a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, Talent Partnerships, you will work in a fast-paced environment to bring new and exciting influencer and integrated media campaigns to life. You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team and manage ambassador media campaigns across the promotion of the DraftKings’ Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, and iGaming products. What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, Talent Partnerships
Work with external partners to execute contractual deliverables such as social posts, appearances, and shoot days. Develop a social strategy and creative briefs for some of the largest Talent names in and out of the sports industry. Track contract deliverable usage as well as payments for all Talent partners. Review creative elements to ensure delivery meets Marketing best practices and correctly represents the marketing promotion. Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments and channels to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals and deliverables. Review sports calendars to ensure all parties are aligned on Marketing assets. Analyze creative performance for cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team when deeper insights are needed. Partner with Channel teams to understand process pain points and work with the Marketing Operations team to create solutions focused on efficiency and optimization. What you’ll bring
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field and at least two years of experience in a Marketing, Partnerships or Media planning role. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and insights based on a set of data. Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally and share key learnings with the larger team. Well organized and great attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints. Willingness to work autonomously to identify solutions to potential problems. Join Our Team We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
