Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking 2 Senior Designers to join us in The Hive supporting the Acquisition line of business. The Hive is the in-house agency for Humana Inc. We are a creative collective built exclusively to support the business and the brand. Our core purpose is to create meaning, influence choice, and motivate change through brand expression. The Hive is located in Louisville, KY, but qualified applicants will be considered for remote work anywhere in the US. As the Senior Designer (internally known as a Senior Creative Development Professional), you will develop creative concepts, brand identity system assets and design solutions across all media. This role requires daily collaboration with Hive cross-functional creative teams to produce brand expression and with cross-functional agile marketing teams to develop creative content that delivers business results. The work in this role requires business curiosity and analysis of complex situations and data to develop a broad range of creative solutions and the ability to successfully incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining the integrity of an idea. Success in this role requires mastery of brand and design principles, advanced presentation skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines in a team environment. Key Role Functions Translates business and brand objectives into a broad range of compelling creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop marketing creative for all media including email, web, direct mail, OOH, print, SMS, social, and video. Develops stimuli for consumer testing and uses data insights to elevate creative content and make Humana plans easier to understand and use. Fosters a collaborative creative culture and provides constructive critique to design peers to elevate outcomes. Leverages new technologies and relevant industry trends to establish creative development best practices for designers and vendors. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in advertising, marketing, design or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in a creative agency environment. Industry competitive portfolio that demonstrates advanced skills developing campaign concepts, brand identity, and integrated consumer marketing campaigns

(Portfolio must be submitted with application to be considered. Include a MAXIMUM of 6 of your best work samples which demonstrate skill related to the role) . Design mastery and ability to independently advance the creative development process, from low-fidelity prototyping concepts through production, across a broad range of media. Applies in-depth brand knowledge and creative expertise to moderately complex assignments and able to determine daily priorities to advance the creative development process with general instruction. Advanced communication skills, ability to deliver a persuasive creative presentation, interpret feedback and influence creative decisions at all levels of the company. Proficiency with industry standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft software. Preferred Qualifications Possesses deep digital expertise in email, web, and mobile content development. Proficient with Figma. Experienced with Agile methodologies and focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Skilled in Adobe Express animation. Familiar with After Effects, video storyboarding, and production. Adept at using Salesforce Marketing Cloud email content builder. Has experience with photo art direction and post-production retouching. Additional Information This role is a nationwide remote role.

Candidates located in Louisville will be required to be in the office on Wednesdays and all other days will be remote depending on business needs. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $78,400 - $107,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
