Reality Labs is looking for an experienced Social Marketing Associate Manager to help manage social strategy and presence for Meta Quest and related Metaverse brands across all social channels. This Social Marketing Associate Manager will be responsible for supporting the execution of a best-in-class strategy for engaging and supporting the activation of Meta Quest’s community of influencers, creators, advocates, fans, and customers. This individual will be responsible for content strategy and planning, developing the Meta brand across social channels, educating customers with our campaigns and creative experiences, channel operations and analytics. Responsibilities

Pioneer our Meta Quest global community strategy, engaging fans and targeting audiences across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms relevant to engaging positively with our VR audience. Support Meta Quest Social Lead in creating innovative, platform specific strategies that include both reactive and proactive fan engagement programs and frameworks. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and differentiated community management plans (e.g. Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Performance Marketing, Brand Strategy and PR). Manage agency partners and collaborate with in-house customer service and cross-functional partner teams. Analyze and report on the performance of community management and activation efforts, with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration. Think and operate globally, managing global collaboration for initiatives with regional marketing counterparts. Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of social media owned channel and/or community management within global consumer product categories and brands such as consumer tech, gaming and entertainment. Experience in creating social media fan activation strategies from inception to growth that have driven brand engagement and growth. Experience leading agency partners and inspiring them to make the best work for our social channels. Experience creating innovative social media strategies that have driven engagement and measurable impact. Communicator with experience simplifying complex concepts to a range of marketing and business stakeholders, experience influencing strategic and operational decisions. An understanding of behavioral and technology trends in the social marketing, creator and social content space. Experience in delivering globally relevant, forward-thinking consumer centric social marketing, creator and/or content initiatives. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Public Relations or related field. Experience in highly innovative consumer product categories and brands such as consumer tech and/or Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality technologies, gaming or entertainment. Interest gamer or active user and advocate of Quest VR paired with an intuitive understanding of gaming audiences.
