Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View or Sunnyvale.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The LinkedIn Brand, Consumer & Market Research team is seeking a Program Manager to support the Operations team. The focus of this role is to support the Brand Marketing team on execution of marketing campaigns and cross functional Brand and Consumer projects. The Program Manager will work with various teams in the organization including Social, Partnerships, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, etc. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact global environment. This program manager will get to work on a variety of key projects and should be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities and help the team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Responsibilities Drive day to day operations for projects and campaigns with cross-functional teams. Build and maintain timelines, roles & responsibility matrices, project plans and trackers, project folders and communication artifacts to ensure everyone is operating from the most recent and accurate information. Identify, manage and resolve dependencies, issues and risk between different projects, and workstreams. Track, gather and populate agendas for meetings. Setup milestone meetings and follow-ups as needed to move the project forward. Monitor budget to ensure the team is on track within scope. Model and deliver process improvements for campaigns. Continuously identify and innovate processes and tools that improve how we launch campaigns. Capacity to work well under pressure with ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines, with minimal impact to timelines.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications 3+ years experience in program or project management within marketing. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications Agency management experience is a plus. Experience in Marketing Operations and project management tools is a plus. Superior organization and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt plans through change. Comfort in identifying and solving problems while maintaining forward progress. Experience in fast-paced working environment with proven track record of managing multiple projects. Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment. Proactive, strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically and make recommendations, not just execute. Strong interpersonal & communications skills to engage and influence team members across all levels of the organization.

Compensation LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $91,000 - $148,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
