Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist: Bring workable patient referrals to the agency Develop new referral sources in the community Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources - daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted livings facilities and adult day care to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc. Job Qualifications of the
