Job Details
The Vice President of Field Marketing drives localized marketing strategies that align with national initiatives, strengthening market presence and customer engagement. This role leads regional teams in developing innovative, data-driven campaigns that accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies that integrate national branding with localized campaigns.
- Lead and inspire regional teams to implement dynamic, customer-focused programs that drive engagement and measurable results.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive leadership to craft targeted marketing initiatives that optimize lead generation and market impact.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and market intelligence to assess performance, identify opportunities, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Provide strategic insights to executive leadership on market trends and competitive positioning to inform future growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in field or regional marketing leadership, with a track record of managing high-performing teams and executing successful campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in marketing technologies, CRM platforms, data analytics, and automation tools.
