ResolveSoft is looking for a passionate and driven UX Designer to join our growing team! As a key member of our product development process, you'll play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, from engineers and product managers to marketing and research, to ensure we design and deliver products that truly resonate with our users.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through various methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Translate user insights into actionable design solutions through design thinking workshops and iterative prototyping.
• Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and translate seamlessly into code.
• Participate in user testing sessions and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices.
• Contribute to our design language and UI component library.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and launching user-centered products.
• Strong understanding of user research methods and ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Expertise in UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools like InVision or Figma prototyping.
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for design and a genuine desire to create products that improve people's lives.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
• Knowledge of web and mobile development processes.
• Experience with user journey mapping and service design.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
