We are looking for an experienced and analytical Associate Director of Marketing and Audience Analytics to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, audience segmentation, and marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives, providing insights into audience behavior, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead the development and implementation of audience analytics strategies to support marketing goals
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights on audience behavior and campaign performance
Develop and maintain audience segmentation models to improve targeting and personalization efforts
Collaborate with product, strategy, marketing, and content teams to ensure data-driven decision-making
Oversee the creation and distribution of regular reports on key performance metrics, trends, and insights
Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and audience insights
Work closely with the IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, audience insights, or a related field
Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, GWI, Meltwater, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Proven experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing and mentoring a team
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies

The target range of base compensation for this role is $120,000-$150,000 . Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
